The bucket hat, whose brim reaches just above the eye line, is entirely made of original leather made specifically for the hat by a tanner in Hyogo Prefecture. Although it is made of leather, it is light and has a mysterious cushion-like presence.
The material used with the leather is kapok cotton, which is also known as vegetable down.
The whole piece is made with kapok cotton interlining to maintain its shape, and no adhesive interlining is used at all, and the leather is carefully sewn to maintain the texture of the leather itself. As you wear it, it becomes more familiar and you can enjoy it over time.

[Feel of material]
Original leather made in Hyogo, the production area of ​​leather, in consultation with tanners directly. It uses Japanese A-grade raw leather, a by-product of meat, and has a soft finish with a dull luster that takes advantage of the texture of the silver surface. It is made to be 0.7mm thick to match the pattern of the hat, making it supple and soft enough to feel like lamb leather.
Genuine leather is made from reused meat by-products, so it is a product that lasts until the end of its precious life.It is also great for tanners, whose work has decreased dramatically due to the rise of synthetic leather, despite its wonderful technology, and is easy to maintain. If you do this, you can use it for a long time. The lining is linen for comfort.
